3 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button brings up the System Panel. The System Panel contains various system level options, such as changing your account password and a network latency test option.

4 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button brings up the Option Panel. The Option Panel allows you to select your text color. If you wish to change your sound volume or mix, select your sound volume controls from within your operating system.

(Note: since you're not mentioned in the credits, I'll thank YOU at this time too, since you are the most important part of our effort.)

21 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button allows you to quit the game. You have the option of either returning to the character selection menu, quitting the game entirely, or disregarding and continuing play. Please note, that this button is disabled during combat.

18 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button allows you to remove your character from the group.
|

19 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button brings up a list of the characters contained in your group.

20 6 0 1 99 This button is available to group leaders only. It allows the group leader to remove other members from the group.

32 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button will either allow users to join your group (Open Group), or prevent others from joining (Close Group). The function is equivalent to the /open and /close command line options. Note: to close an existing group everyone in the group must select close.

14 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button will place a request for assistance message in a GM's (Game Master's) cue. All GM's currently online receive this request regardless of any busy status they may currently have configured.

15 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button brings up a dialog containing several common slash or '/' commands that can be entered in the text input areas as well as available shortcuts. The dialogs also contain some key commands available when editing text.

24 6 0 1 99 Selecting this button will display the list of currently available emote functions for adding that special touch to your online communication.

16 6 0 1 99 Selecting this button allows you to submit a complaint about another player who is not acting responsibly. A brief comment area is provided for you to specify the nature of the problem. Complaints are taken quite seriously. For this reason, when you issue a complaint, a buffer containing the text received by your channel is made available to our system operations for inspection and consideration.

25 6 0 1 99 The Inventory Icon. Left click this icon to display the items your character is carrying.

28 6 0 1 99 The Map Icon. Display a map of the known Realm.
|

30 6 0 1 99 The Option Icon. Selecting this icon brings up various settings and controls for The Realm.

9 6 0 1 99 When you click this button you will have the option to adjust the length of time which your turns consume in combat. A setting of Very Slow would give you the most time to evaluate your moves whereas Very Fast would give you the least. The default setting is Normal.

10 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button will allow you to disengage all incoming /Tell communications. That is, messages directed personally to you. It's a handy means of politely disabling these communications in the event you are away from the keyboard. Same as the line commands /Busy and /unBusy.

11 6 0 1 99 Auto Give refers to your ability to automatically accept items given to your character by another in the game. When Auto Give is off, you will be prompted whether to accept or reject various items that your character is given.
|
|
12 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button toggles whether or not you will receive channel communications. If you turn Gossip off, you are no longer considered part of any gossip channel. You may still receive /Tell communications and Info if selected. Same as the line commands /yesGossip and /noGossip.

13 6 0 1 99 When you have selected AutoSell (button reads: AutoSell Off) It eliminates the "accept/reject" phase during item sales to a shopkeeper. Toggling the button restores this function.

26 6 0 1 99 The Surrender Icon. Left click this icon to surrender to your combat opponent. You may drop something in your haste to escape, so use this with caution!

23 6 0 1 99 The Attack Icon. Left clicking this icon will enable your sword cursor. Click the sword cursor on a character in combat to attack them if you are within striking distance.
|

7 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button will allow you to turn the profanity filter on or off (toggle). When Filter On is visible on the button and you select it, it turns the filter on. Vice versa for Off. The filter replaces certain words with *'s therefore allowing more comfortable play for those whom it may be inappropriate or might otherwise be offended.

31 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button will enable or disable the network latency meter. The latency test measures the time your network socket takes to receive a response from our server. Latency is usually due to one or more factors; 1. poor tele-connection 2. slow client processing 3. server overload. If everyone seems to be having a lot of latency, then it is almost certainly reason 3, otherwise you may want to look for ways to improve your performace (i.e. better connection, shutting down other applications)

33 6 0 1 99 Click on this button to get a list of both the quests that you are active participating and the quests that you have done in the past.
|
|
8 6 0 1 99 Clicking this button will allow you to select a new login password. Select it in the event that you wish to use a different password or your system security has been violated.
|

6 6 0 1 99 Clicking the Top button returns to the main Control Panel menu.
|
