Boot Menu Overhaul: Implement game style presets ("Classic," "Wasteland Overhaul") and a "Custom" option to toggle individual new mechanics. Inventory & Item System: Create a pop-up "Inventory" modal. Integrate S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Bobbleheads as findable, activatable items within this inventory. Display the player's current Stimpak count in the same inventory. Fog of War: Implement a system to hide non-adjacent enemy territory ownership, troop counts, and leaderboard data. Dynamic Map Encounters: Create random, single-choice pop-up events that offer risk-versus-reward scenarios (e.g., "Search the building? Yes/No"). Expanded Diplomacy: Add a visible reputation system (Hated to Idolized) that influences AI behavior and allows for the possibility of an allied victory.
